PROFILE
J T Duffy Roofing Limited was formed in 1978, by
Mr John Duffy Senior, and quickly formed good working relationships
with all local authorities in the region, by providing a cost
effective and efficient service. The company established a
reputation of reliability, honesty and very hard working.
Aware of changes in the structure of many local
authorities, it was decided to look to the private sector market and
with the appointment of Ian Lightley as Sales Director, set about
providing large private sector companies with the same service and
efficiency previously given to the local authorities.
Now established within both markets and looking
to build upon the foundations laid, J T Duffy Roofing Limited hopes
to prove that by "providing a High Level Service" continued growth
can be maintained. |

We offer to all our clients a comprehensive free
survey, report and recommendations. We can provide specifications at their
request. From the emergency call out and repair to the full roof
refurbishment, no request is too small!
We cater for all types of roofs and have the necessary
skilled workforce to carry out these works as approved by the major
manufacturers in the roofing industry.
Maintenance of all roofs is very important and we
prepare planned maintenance programmes for many clients to assist in the
formation of annual budgets.

Our workforce are fully trained in their respective
fields. They are fully aware of all aspects of their own safety and that
of others whilst working on sites.
To date we have an unblemished Health and Safety
record of which we are justifiably very proud.
The close supervision of our Contract Management Team
ensures that the work is carried out safely and within the terms of the
current Health and Safety Regulations.
Insurance of up to £6 million is in force ensuring all
eventualities are covered.
Guarantee
As approved contractors to most of the manufacturers
of the systems we apply we are able to offer warranties, many of which are
insurance backed, with terms ranging from five to twenty years.
